I pulled out the hole plugs and removed the tape while the stuff was still wet. I could have avoided todays touch up time and material if I had done this.ģ. You use alot of material going back and trying to respray some spot you missed. You will save alot of material by spraying on a little in the area to be addressed, smearing it around with the brush to cover the hard to reach area and then lightly spraying it again to get the texture you want.
Carry a small paint brush with you to help in corners, nut edges and other small tight spots, nooks and crannies. I experimented a little bit- should probably have experimented a little more before I began shooting. You can use alot of the stuff with to much air pressure. You have heard it before but play with the air pressure settings and spray some cardboard to find the pattern you want to use. Sprayed on the Tintable Raptor liner yesterday and after looking at the results I thought I would offer up a couple of lessons learned.ġ.
